We deliver across India to serviceable pin codes. Pin code serviceability is checked at checkout. International shipping is currently not available.
2. Order Processing Time
After payment is confirmed, orders are processed for dispatch within 1-2 working days. Custom-configured products may take longer, which will be stated on the order page.

All orders are dispatched insured through BlueDart Express Ltd. and registered cargo carriers. We are responsible for loss or damage in transit.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID (AWB) by WhatsApp, SMS, and Email. You can track the status on the courier’s website or via our website's Track Order portal.

8. Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery, or have the courier note it in writing, and inform us immediately. We recommend recording an unboxing video so your claim can be processed faster.
9. Wrong Address
Please verify your address before placing the order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply. To change an address before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
