These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://appsonitell.com (the “Website”) and any purchase made through it. The Website is operated by Appson Itell (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered office at B-302, Vinay Hermitage, Chandan Shanti RD, Mira Road East, Thane, Maharashtra 401107, India. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be an authorised representative of a business entity, to place an order. All information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, GSTIN) must be accurate and complete.
3. Products & Information
We sell Apple devices and related accessories. We make every effort to display product images, specifications, and configurations (chip, RAM, storage, colour) accurately, but minor errors in listings may occur. If an order is placed against an incorrect listing, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, failed payment verification, or suspected fraud, in which case the payment will be refunded.
6. Payments
Online payments on Appson Itell are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-authorised Payment Aggregators. Supported payment methods include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, all major UPI Apps, and Bank EMI options. Appson Itell does not store your card number, CVV, expiry date, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on its servers. If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is automatically reconciled and reversed by your issuing bank and the payment aggregator within 5-7 working days as per RBI guidelines.
7. Bank Offers & No-Cost EMI
Cashback and No-Cost EMI offers are subject to the terms and eligibility criteria of the respective bank. Offer validity, minimum order value, and EMI tenure are displayed at checkout. In case of cancellation or return, the treatment of EMI and cashback is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. GST Invoice
For business purchases, a valid GSTIN must be entered at checkout before placing the order. Once the invoice is generated, the GSTIN may not be changed.
9. Warranty
Apple products are covered by Apple’s 1-year limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty service is provided by Apple or Apple Authorised Service Providers. Physical damage, liquid damage, and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
10. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms and apply to every order.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. The following are strictly prohibited: using another person’s payment details without permission, attempting to hack or disrupt the Website, and providing false information.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, design, logo, images) belongs to Appson Itell or is used under licence. Apple, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and other Apple marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. No content may be copied or reused without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appson Itell is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. In any case, our total liability is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, network outages).

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
